Patrick was respectful when he first arrived, listened to what we wanted to do to repair a slow water leak in a misaligned master bath, and gave a fair estimate. When the ordered parts arrived, he expertly routed piping systems and replaced damaged sub-flooring. His drywall crew were neat and efficient, and his electricians were delightful as well. He kept us informed of daily progress and the plans for the next day. He arrived when he said he would, and never left a task unfinished. The new tub and surround are beautiful! He was meticulous in the finish work. He is professional all the way! He was ever the optimist, even when I ordered the wrong fixture for the bathroom sink! Minor set backs were taken in stride. I have another project in mind, and he is first on my list to offer it to.

We hired Conrad Construction to remodel our dated master bathroom. It was a large job that required moving plumbing, tearing out drywall and hammering up concrete. Workmanship was outstanding. They were very professional, and they suggested alternatives which were very helpful. We were a little disappointed in the construction time. They said the bathroom remodel would take 4-6 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks.

Patrick and his crew did an incredible job on our very large master bathroom. From the beginning, Patrick was able to suggest solutions to our bathroom layout that other contractors had not. He helped me pick out quality materials that did not break the bank and look amazing. The total project cost was the most reasonable of five other quotes. The quality of work is blue ribbon, top notch. Demolition was quick and clean up was fast. The professionalism and politeness of both Patrick and Andrew was very much appreciated. As far as renovations go, this one went smoother than our expectations. I work from home most days and the work going on upstairs never once interfered. We hired Conrad Construction to rehab a small master bathroom. We asked them to tear out an old cast iron tub and replace it with a tiled walk in shower, new tile floor and fixtures. Even though the job took a little longer than we had hoped due to unforeseen floor joist repairs, (which they did at no additional cost) Patrick, Andrew, and their other subs did a great job. We re very happy with the final results and I wouldn t hesitate to use them again.

Top notch quality and people. Patrick and his crew were knowledgable, professional, and artisans at their trades. The crew created a shower out of a closet space to add to my downstairs bathroom (on a slab) for my elderly mother who moved into our home. They offered affordable solutions, listened to our wants, and even did additional work as requested throughout the process. Patrick would contact me daily or weekly to ensure that the project was meeting our expectations. The tile work and craftsmanship was impeccable. HIGHLY recommend!

Actually I found them for my girlfriend and the remodeled her 1/2 bath to a full bath and did an excellent job.
