Conrad remodeled 2 bathrooms for us in a 77 year old home. There were many bumps and grinds due to the age of the house, but Patrick and his main contractor Andrew and painting and drywall crew lead by Jennifer were amazing in their diligence to satisfy us. The age of the original construction posed many unforeseen situations but they consistently overcame the obstacles to modernize our bathrooms and a full whole house re-plum with the latest in technology in new piping, all while entering the home with the utmost respect that I work a night shift and was sleeping in the home while they worked. Never once was anyone unprofessional, in fact....they became kind of family. Thank you to all involved!

What was supposed to take "6 weeks at most" took 5 months! I was promised "3/4-inch solid Maple cabinets to be CUSTOM built by the Amish in PA" to accommodate my handicap/wheelchair needs. BUT when it came time to order the cabinets, Patrick wanted to install Builder Grade stock cabinets and "try" to attach separate cabinet doors under the sink because that area needed to be lowered for my wheelchair. When I refused to let him put builder grade stock cabinets in my $20,000 Custom Bathroom, he said that he couldn't afford to invest any more money in my project and he QUIT the work. He promised that he would have someone come back to fix the problems that are wrong with the work that he had already done, but that never happened and now he won't return any of our calls or texts. Right before Patrick quit the work on our house, I also found out that he did NOT obtain any of the required building permits for the work he did on our house. I specifically asked him on 3 different occasions, before and after he started the work, if he got building permits and he assured me that he had taken care of it and I didn't need to worry about them. Now, I have plumbing, electrical and structural improvements on my house that have not been inspected by the city to ensure they were done correctly and if I contact the city to report it, they will likely require us to rip out the new tile shower and the walls around the doors that were widened so they can inspect the work. Then I'll have to pay another contractor to come in and start the project all over again. I also had to order (and pay for) the doors needed to widen the doorways that he agreed to do for an additional $2000. I also had to research and order and pay for all of the exhaust fans, wall controls and the wall heater he agreed to put in my bathroom. My entire house is turned upside down and has been since August 2017...and now we have to find a custom cabinet builder to finish the job. We were unable to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our family because our house is the only handicap accessible. I never imagined this project would end up being such a total nightmare. Patrick is a smooth talker and makes you believe that he "just wants you to be happy with your bathroom". He lied to us about so many things. I really liked Patrick and I thought he was doing a great job (other than the time frame to complete it), but in the end it turned out that he lied to us about almost every aspect of our renovation. I'm not angry about this because that doesn't solve anything, but I AM very disappointed and sad that what I thought was going to be the best thing we've done in over 7 years, turned out to be the worst thing we've done!

I couldn't have found a better contractor than Conrad Construction. I wanted to have a main bathroom gutted and redesigned, modernized, and made to better suite the needs of a handicapped person. Patrick Conrad was able to accomplish all three goals within my budget. Patrick's ideas are fantastic and he showed great enthusiasm for my special project. Customer Service is excellent. Patrick Conrad really impressed me because he took a very small bathroom and incorporated space into it without really changing the dimensions of the room. He took a very ugly bathroom and made it elegant looking. He took a very unfriendly bathroom and made it very handicapped functional. My house was built in the 1950's. Patrick absorbed the cost of unforeseen problems himself. The price that was quoted on my contract was set firm and stayed that way. No surprises. Patrick's staff, his sub contractors, were awesome. They were knowledgeable, confident in their work, and they too were easy to work with. They all made a great team and they coordinated well with each other. Each person was highly qualified in their area of expertise. I could ask anyone questions or voice concerns, and I got real answers and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. At no time did I feel lost or discontent with work being done. Always they were professional, and they were a lot of fun at times too. They all have great personalities. All workers cleaned up their mess daily and they hauled off all trash. My house was never trashed. I was informed daily of what was done that day. I was told of any set backs and why. It was explained to me why they did what they did. They explained what the next step would be. They were quick and fast, but at no time were there any corners cut. We had put off having our master bathroom renovated until it was absolutely necessary because I found the very thought of the process daunting. Thank goodness I contacted Home Advisor and they put us in touch with Conrad Construction. When we first met with Patrick Conrad, the company's owner, all I had in mind was a color scheme. Patrick showed us pictures of some of his company's completions and we discussed possibilities for our renovation. He understood immediately what we wanted. His suggestions were a standout among the companies we interviewed and we signed with confidence. To pick the various products needed for the renovation, Patrick brought samples to our home in addition to suggesting whom we should see at the companies with which he conducts business. The process took a little longer than we expected but the result is stunning. Patrick and his workers make sure you are entirely satisfied with their work. We definitely recommend Conrad Construction and plan to use them for future renovations.

Excellent service Outstanding workmanship

Conrad Construction is a great company! I had a shower/tub removed and replaced with a shower for my elderly mother. Patrick was most helpful with the design of the shower and very sensitive to my mom’s needs. He answered all of my questions, even the ones I repeated, with no pressure. The worker, Andrew, was very polite and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this company to others.

Conrad Construction is one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with. They were informative, thoughtful, customer oriented and budget conscious. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. We had them construct a second floor bath, they did an exceptional job exceeding our high expectations. They are simply the best !!

Conrad Construction went above & beyond our contract. Patrick Conrad brought excellent design ideas to the table for customizing our master bath to a more handicap friendly bath for a Parkinson's patient. He very gently but purposely engaged my husband in conversation to help determine his safety needs. He had him walk through his bath routines on several occasions to define our bath plan. He was patient with our requests & absolutely offered his own expertise in remodeling. His work is excellent. We were comfortable with the few sub contractors he used. And now we miss him!! We are enjoying our totally updated, custom, handicap master bath.

Patrick was very informative about the process. Kept me informed at every step. I did not want to do any shopping. Told him what I wanted and his selection was excellent on product.

Patrick the owner is easy to work with. Hard worker.. Gets the job done fast he work so hard for satisfaction.
