Patrick and his crew were very pleasant to work with. TOP NOTCH and care about the quality if their work. Kept us informed through every step of the bathroom remodel. Cleaned up after themselves and was very polite. Would not hesitate to go to them again for any other remodeling project in the future!

Conrad Construction did an outstanding job remodeling our master bathroom. Since we didn't have a clear vision of what we were looking for, Patrick was able to offer suggestions that we went with and now love. We were very comfortable having Andrew and the other guys in our home. All of the work was done in a professional and timely manner. Conrad Construction is a small and personable company. All of the gentlemen that worked on the project were great! Having gone through the remodeling process three times before (and swearing to never do it again) we found ourselves in need of a contractor when our tiled bathroom floor began to sink down and crack! There was major damage to the floor due to a slow leak that apparently had gone on for years. Since it was obvious to us that we were going to need to hire someone to rip up the subflooring and replace the tile, we thought we would take the opportunity to update the small master bath by removing the fiberglass shower and have it tiled as well. When the owner (Patrick Conrad) came out he recommended removing the soffit and opening up the side wall to expand the shower area. What a huge difference it made! I even ended up going with a wall color that he jokingly “chose”in passing by all of my swatches and it looks great in the room! Upon hiring Patrick, I warned him that I was very much into detail and would expect excellent work. He did not disappoint. Patrick did a lot of the work himself along with Andrew and they were both wonderful! Rob, who did the tile work, dealt with my perfection issues like a champ, as I was laying out travertine tiles in the order I wanted them (yes, I'm that person). As mentioned, we've dealt with remodelers before - both good and bad - and we were dreading the experience. Since I work from home and would be the person to deal with the process until it was done, it was EXTREMELY important to me to not only trust the contractor but to also like them personally, as they would be in and out of my home on a constant basis. In any construction work, things happen, go wrong, or surprise you and you must be able to communicate freely with who you hire. All issues or questions were always dealt with promptly and politely by Patrick and his men. The job took a little longer than planned because of unforeseen circumstances on our part as well so as theirs, but the finished room was well worth it! We ended up replacing everything in the room and I'm glad we did, it turned out beautifully! This persnickety lady would hire them again without hesitation.

We did not actually complete this project. However, the customer service was second to none. Cost and timing just couldn’t be worked out due to my job overseas. Thanks Conrad Construction for patience and continued support.

Excellent craftmanship we are very pleased with our new bathroom. Andrew can do anything! He definately treated our house as if it was his own. We can't recommend Conrad Construction enough.

Conrad Construction, the crew and everyone they referred us to for materials helped us to recreate two bathrooms. They transformed basic builder baths from 2002 into a luxurious master spa and beautifully updated second bath. Amazingly, they started the work earlier than planed, kept one bathroom operational throughout the project and finished in a remarkable amount of time despite unforeseen problems. Conrad Construction and their entire crew were professional throughout the entire process of remodeling my master bathroom. They did a beautiful job that exceeded my expectations! From explaining in detail everything they were planning on doing, and keeping us informed on the progress of their work, through pictures, and while I was local, they did excellent work. Their staff did an outstanding job, were also very polite, and easy to work with. They kept a very clean work-site, and cleaned up at the close of business each day. They took extra care in everything they did and treated the job like they were working on their own home. Patrick, the owner, was on the job each day to answer any questions, and to ensure all work accomplished was up to our standard. They were very quick to respond to requested changes. They finished the job on-scheduled and within budget, and even did a few things at no extra charge to make my wife and I even happier than we were. In spite of unforeseen delays, Conrad Construction did an outstanding jod remodeling/modernizing an OLD small master bathroom in a condo. Conrad handled the entire project with expert design/material recommendations and friendly, very professional workers. A high quality job.
