Owner Matthew Conde responded immediately to Home Advisor entry: furnace stopped working on Halloween night, with asthma resident in the house. My (former) contractor was booked all weekend, but Matthew came within a few hours! He diagnosed furnace and found that fan motor was shot: presented option of replacing it or furnace itself. Since furnace was 18 years old, I went with new Carrier Infinity furnace which was installed 3 days later. Great relief, after 3 days of portable heaters! Matthew, Jason and Kenny (installers) were exceptionally professional, personable, experienced and knowledgeable. They explained everything to our satisfaction, including use of smart thermostat. After installers had left, we noticed that green light on air filter wouldn't come on. Matthew came over that evening, checked out furnace to his satisfaction, and found that there was no power to nearby outlet plug, After rewiring outlet, media air filter was working again! Conde Tech Services is a young company which we highly recommend! We plan to use them for years to come! Thank you, Home Advisor, and thank you, Conde Tech Services -so glad we found you!

Conde Tech Services should be your only HVAC call! Matt was extremely professional, thorough, and very communicative from the scheduling though the service performed. All of these reviews basically state the same thing... Conde Tech Services should be your first and only service provider.

This guy is young and has that techie cutting edge experience. He came in recognizing my problem immediately. He split my AC system to function on multiple levels and I can choose a single level to cool or multiple levels. Not only did this improve my comfort at home, but reduced how long my unit ran during the blistering heat this summer ( remember my statement about cutting edge). Pricing was reasonable and very customer-oriented. Trust me, you want this guy who doesn t come into your home and start throwing big names around and speaking in tongues that = a ton of money. He doesn t try and take advantage of you if you re woman or not familiar with the overall DNA of heating and cooling system. Try em! You won t like this company. You ll love this company!
