Highly recommend. Great service. Great prices. Same-day service when we needed it the most. NO HEAT-9 degree temps: Our furnace failed during the coldest part of our winter to date. I called other contractors. They could not come out for repairs for a day or up to several days. I came onto home advisor and Conde was highest rated. I called and received same day service. I was so impressed with Matt Conde, Carrie, Brandon, Eddie and our other technician, we signed up for an annual maintenance contract. Great service. Great prices.

They were on time and very thorough reasonable price. They repositioned the logs in gas fireplace they way they were intended by the manufacturer and now a more beautiful fire that is more realistic. I will be hiring them again on annual basis.

First company to contact me from Angi's List and the only one who didn't have a mandatory fee for inspecting my unit. Mathew was courteous, communicated well and did an exceptional job getting my gas fireplace in working order. I will definitely call on them again.

Wow....just wow. I would give 10 stars if I could! We purchased our condo last year and got it serviced through another company then. It worked ok throughout that season. Fast forward to this year and we couldn't get it to work properly. The pilot wouldn't stay lit and when we could get it to, the fireplace would turn off randomly. I called many places but was unable to get someone out in a reasonable amount of time. I remembered a recent commercial for Angi and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! We lucked out and Conde had a cancellation so they were able to come out the same day. I have no idea what we paid for in our service last year, but clearly we got ripped off. Matt, the owner, spent 4 hours meticulously cleaning and servicing the fireplace. He even changed the batteries in the battery box and helped us identify what battery we needed for the remote. To take it a step further, he read the manual online to make sure it was properly lit resulting in beautiful embers we didn't know it had. Our fireplace divides our living room and dining room so it's impossible to miss it. We used to think it was an eye sore, but now that Matt is done with it - we love it! The glass is no longer foggy and dirty allowing us to see how beautiful it is. Who knew?!? I highly recommend Conde. Customer service is #1 for them and it's clear he takes pride in his work and values his customers. We will be using them for this and other services in the future.
