All things considered, especially the COVID environment, my AC replacement experience couldn't have gone better. Brian (owner) and Keith (technician) are "Complete Pros" and I will pass this on to my association board, property manager, neighbors and friends (for future referrals). They earned the highest rating. They provided me a fair and positive experience. I now have a preferred AC company! By the way, Keith was at the condo from 9 am to 7 pm... assuring all was done properly and the new AC system was functioning well before his departure. Their name says it all, Complete Pros!!!

We replaced and relocated our complete a/c system with Bryan and Complete Pro Inc. Bryan took the time to explain the different systems available and gave us a good price for the system. Jarvis, his installer, did an outstanding job with the install and went over and above to make sure it was done right. Bryan was quick to address any concerns or questions we had and we ended up with a great efficient system. We highly recommend Complete Pro!

Complete Pro provided a very competitive estimate and during the estimate phase they were very comprehensive and gave many details and explanations of the work to be completed. Prior to hiring, I had additional questions and they were very responsive. Upon hiring, the work was scheduled very quickly and the A/C installers arrived on time and did an outstanding job! The system that was installed has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!

Brian Faircloth needs to be commended. Brian went far and beyond to fix the problem and make sure everything was working as it should. Brian gave it his 150% and save the day, my day and his as well. Next time i need to hire the same service, i want Brian Faircloth to be the one to provide the service. Thank you so much for hiring such an amazing technician. Brian is the best.
