Made several errors along the way, did not forewarn significant estimate overruns, just billed them insisting on payment, finished the job in bits and pieces over an excessive amount of time. *Updated Project 2* I forewarn anyone who wants to hire Kyle, I had an extremely unpleasant experience. Make sure you explicitly lay out an agreement for cost and time-frame for your project completion. He went way over budget without even communicating it to me (he just asked for a lot more money after he was done), and finished weeks after he was supposed to. Kyle damaged my cabinets with his tools, scraped my hardwood floor by dragging objects and scratched the paint off several walls when moving items. He also made several incompetent mistakes that took time and money to remediate.

Max and Carolyn. I'm very sorry you two feel this way. More so that you went out of your way to completely falsify this review to satisfy your frustrations. Far from the woman who literally begged me to push and reschedule other jobs to stay and be her "personal contractor". I could not have been more transparent from Day 1 (when you started adding more work) that if you add work to the estimate, the estimate would change. Max, we both know that the cabinet, hardwood & paint scrape statements are simply untrue. As well as the incompetent mistakes statement. You know very well that did not happen. In fact, we fixed multiple incompetent mistakes made by the home's previous owner, and we did this without having to be asked because it was the right and safe thing to do. This mother/son duo is truly something else, the definition of expecting something for nothing and trying to weasel in work without having to pay for it. You were so unhappy with my service yet hired me for 3 additional projects, hoping to have them all done under the umbrella of the first project and its cost. When the bill came due you tried to negotiate it like a garage sale knowing 70% of it was your materials. Very sad you prefer to try and tarnish a reputation, knowing all along you were trying to get something for nothing and when it didn't go your way you turned to my reviews and unleashed lie after lie. At CHC, Value is Our Priority, and I stand by that.

Kyle is a great resource for homeowners who need small touch ups to major projects completed. Fair, reliable and honest when it comes to the bid, the work and the results. If you need work done around the house, let Kyle give you a quote and trust that the work will be done the right way. Wish I would have hired him initially but glad he was there to fix the minor mistakes from the original contractor.
