Sergio is excellent. His rates were reasonable and his work was brilliant. He took the time to source a brick that was a very good match for our discontinued brick. He also matched the masonary expertly. His tuck pointing, brick replacement and crack repair were carried out timeously, neatly and professionally. I can't recommend him enough. I am very happy with his work.

Sergio is very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do in replacing my chimney crown and in replacing my chimney interior tiles with a stainless steel insert. His team arrived on time and completed the job in a day. He cleaned up afterwards and since it was going to rain covered the exposed concrete work so it could dry returning and came back the next day to remove the covering. His price was the best of all the estimates I got. I am very happy with his work and will use him again. I recommend him.

Sergio came to the house and we discussed the job, repairing a retaining wall for the outside entrance to the house, replacing a cracked chimney crown, and repointing some brick wall cracks. He sent me a separate estimate for the each of the three jobs. It was very reasonable. I hired him. We set a date and time, 8:30am for the work to begin. The only problem I had, was that they were delayed by an hour and didn't let me know. The work was done on time and they did a very good job of cleaning up. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. You could not even see where they had repaired the cracks, the upper half of retaining wall was properly replaced, and concrete and rebars were run into the lower part as well. The job should last the lifetime of the house. The crown was replaced. The price for this was just under $2500. I highly recommend Community Chimney.

I hired Community Chimney to clean my chimney, inspect it, and fix a broken igniter. They came and cleaned the chimney very good. The price was reasonable and the people were nice. He inspected my chimney and said I needed a new part to light the pilot. He said it would be something he'd have to order and would give me a call in the next couple of days with pricing. No call. I called the company 3 separate times to ask, and got voicemail/no return call each time. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I did not appreciate it. If I known they were not going to fix the chimney, I would not have had them clean it. What's the point?
