They came out to my house promptly and coordinated with their tile guy to get me scheduled and completed within a week. Plus, they installed a gas line for me on a separate project at the same time. They were neat, pleasant and professional. I couldn't be happier.

serviceman was on time. The problem seemed to be a circuit board that had a loose pin that would not always make contact. First an attempt was made to obtain a new circuit board, this was unsucessfull. Then because I had a time problem Tim Crain our project manager tried to soder the loose contact. With a small hand held torch and some soder he was able to fix the problem. We have had no problems since. We will have the circuit board replace this fall and have a complete check up from Comfort Level. Very satisfied with the service and the results.

The company was very responsive to our call(s) for help. Tim, the service technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. To make a long story short, he made 3 trips to our house--including trips on both Saturday and Sunday--to make sure we had hot water and heat.
