Write a ReviewThey are very personable and dependable! When they cleaned our pool, they paid great attention to detail! They also installed a new sand filter for us. They followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well! This is a huge improvement from past pool companies we have used. -Genevieve
Dependable, get back with you promptly.
no comment.
The pool tech â William â so far has done a great job opening the pool and weekly maintenance. The only area I would like to see improve is response my questions. When you start a service and have questions it would be good to have a response in a timely manner.
Good job I will use this company again.
Very prompt response and customer service oriented.
The lady answering the phone went over and beyond working me in and contacted me multiple times to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Guys arrived and installed a new salt system for me. I was emailed invoice by to prove that salt system was installed by professional pool service, for my Pentair warranty. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Their pricing was responsible. I got everything I needed done. Everything works perfect.
I hired Collegiate Pools to open and close my pool as well as bi-weekly clean and maintenance. Stephanie assured me that they were not a fly by night company and they were very reliable. They opened the pool and said it was good to swim in. I was having a big party on the Monday of Memorial day so I checked the water that morning to learn that they did not put any chlorine in the pool, they did not fill nor turn on the automatic chlorinator. Since I was having a lot of my friends children swim, I was very concerned. I called, text and left voicemails and never once received a response. Finally, on Wednesday I text to cancel my service. A day later, I received a text back explaining that they were out of town without cell service, but never an apology. Beyond the lack of chlorine, I found it very disappointing because Stephanie had assured me of their reliability.
The guys at collegiate pools are hard workers, but they are dishonest. I paid 75$ extra to remove a cover that was full of debris. They just dumped it in the pool and folded the cover. I could have done that myself. I paid the extra money, so they would get the cover off without getting all the yuck in the pool but that not what happened. I will not use them again.
They responded to my request quickly and arrived as planned. My pool was completely green and I was afraid of what it would cost to get it right again. In less than 24 hours, my pool was almost back to perfect and the price was half of what I expected to pay. They are now my weekly pool maintenance team and I love everything about them!!
