Collegiate Pools

They say they put chemicals in when they did not. I had to call them to see if they were going to show up. Worked maybe 30 minutes and would not tell me what they put in my pool. Then they want to charge you for chemicals they do not put in. I even asked them and they could not tell me but I sure got charged. Do not recommend it!!

The initial phone call for scheduling was great. I had a date set, and the only reason I knew it changed was because I reached out when I never heard anything back when no one showed up that week. They came out the following week, and it was two young kids, one of which didnâ t seem to have a clue what he was doing and stood around on his phone after dropping the pool cover in the pool making all of the stuff on top fall in to the pool. Had the cover not fallen in, the pool was crystal clear when they started taking it off. They did a vacuum, which still left a huge chunk of the stuff on the bottom after they left, and the pool cover was not rinsed off and just rolled up in a ball left on our deck. They werenâ t going to put the ladder in until I mentioned it, and the chemicals they used just made the pool cloudy. The debri that was cleaned out, the guy just threw over my deck so it was all over the side of my deck, on my deck, on the railing, and on the ground! So I had to clean that up too. For the price that they charge for â deep cleaning pool openingsâ and for what service I thought I was going to receive, I am extremely disappointed. Will not be using their service again.

Takes a little time to respond back because they are so busy but once they came William did a great job with his son. He is very knowledgeable about pools and is very patient with me and not knowing pools.
