Derrick is owns this small business and is very honest. He knew exactly what the issue was with our HVAC. He ordered the part needed & returned to fix it. His price was reasonable. We had a larger HVAC company come to our home and their technician didn’t really know what was causing the issue. Derrick knew right away. I HIGHLY recommend Coastal Comfort for your HVAC problems.

Derrick came highly recommended, and I can see why! He was courteous and professional throughout the entire project. I wanted to figure out why my first floor HVAC unit was having trouble cooling (and heating too) and Derrick was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explain it simply, and fix it. He communicated with me and kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know the timeframe of the repair, when to expect him, and so on. And as someone who works a 9-5 every day, I really appreciated the communication so I knew when to be home! Derrick and Coastal Comfort are my go-to's now for all things HVAC. Highly recommend!
