The largest HCAC company on St. Augustine Beach told me I needed to replace my unit. Randy said it was a clean out issue which would cost me a little over $100. He was right and saved me about $5,800. I can't recommend Randy and his team more. PLEASE look at reviews before hiring anyone. I didn't and it almost cost me dearly. REVIEWS DON"T LIE - Good or bad!

I would like others to know that I do NOT like being forced to fill out a box that I don't think I need to fill. I will quit using Home Advisor if they continue to make me fill in the blanks.

Before pursuing an assessment and price, the contractor suggested that I consider other factors. He asked if my fan was constantly onor set to auto. I said it was constantly on and he said turn it off for 48 hours to auto and see if that changes the humidity levels in my house. It worked, I'm astonished. I've had this problem for a year-and-a-half. A simple solution that he could have exploited. He's honest and knowledgeable and deals with people like he would want to be treated. I would recommend it for anyone.
