Cleveland Clean Sweep

Appointment was noon. At 12:30 I called and left message inquiring as to when they would be coming. No call back ever received. At 1:40 kid just shows up. My original phone call when appointment was made told me I would be called when someone was on the way. 3 strikes, not on time as their website claims, no call when someone was on they way, and no follow up to my call inquiring when they would be here.

Any issues I had with the scope of the work were corrected.

Responded quickly. Gave me options. Pricing was fair and work was completed as promised. Would use again.

They called before coming in to let me know that they could come earlier. And they did a good job.

Aaron was prompt, courteous, and reasonable. He capped the chimney and explained what it would take to make the fireplace usable. He also cleaned the dryer vent. Would definitely hire again!

We purchased a new home with multiple gas fireplaces that had not been used for many years. They were both inspected, cleaned and ensured to be ready for use for the upcoming cold weather. Great work at a fair price and we've been enjoying all winter. We also had bricks on chimney and front steps pointed and sealed and, again, a fair price for excellent work. We are definitely adding Cleveland Clean Sweep to our trusted contractor list for home maintenance and repairs.
