Although the cabinet paint job was done well, the lack of communication was horrendous. His up front salesmanship did not match his actual performance. It was not communicated that the job took several days to complete. Time windows came and went with no communication (8-11 am), then they show up hours after (4 pm), expecting you to be there because the shop hours are 7-7. I called the day before, as directed, to get the time window, when that came and went, called at noon and Owner claimed to have texted the delays only to have texted another client with the same name. Owner expects you to leave key with them to come and go as they please so they do not have to give time windows. Brags that they are trustworthy because they have million dollar homes they do and those owners leave the doors unlocked. Call me paranoid. When we were setting this all up he explained that he had just opened a second shop and needed to direct some business to that shop and since I was ready to have the work done, I agreed and a slight discount was given but then he put me down for the time I would be out of town and would not move it out three days where I would be home, so I had my pet sitter sitting there all day and they missed the window again. By hours. He never explained he works multiple crews. (They barely speak English). One crew comes to remove doors and drawer fronts, one to prep, one to paint and another to put the doors and drawer fronts back on. Never communicated that and they do not work in unison so you spend all day waiting for the next crew to show up. The owner had many excuses and was flippant with his responses. Customer service was severely lacking.

They do exactly what they say they're going to do. I mean, they really deliver. Their team is professional, kind, and the quality of their work excellent.

All employees were extremely professional. They worked quickly and quietly. Each day the work area was left clean.
