The service received was great but the customer service is incredible. They've been accommodating and provided several helpful tips on how to maintain my pool. I've already scheduled my next service with them.

They are very knowledgeable and came fully prepared with the proper equipment needed to get our pool looking crystal clear. It has never looked so good! They also provide excellent customer service by being available when needed. I would highly recommend this pool company.

These guys were wonderful. I was able to get them on the only day I needed them. They gave me a time, called to confirm when they were 20 minutes out, and arrived on time. My pool had a problem I didn't know how to fix. Well it was a worse problem than I thought and they proceeded to clean it, add the correcting chemicals and recalibrate the salt water regulator. They wrote out instructions as to how to complete the fixing problem (too much salt ) that I needed to do over a few days. I would never have had a clue. They know their science. These guys are very professional, very kind and patient. After speaking to my husband, I will have them back to clean the filter and they will show us how to do it going forward. No pressure at all to hire them for continuous cleaning. If I were to hire a service for continuous cleaning, it would be Clean My Pool. If I needed to have some water problem fixed, I would call them. The Best !!!

Sunny, he is a manager there/owner, I think... not the weather. Any way, he has been so helpful, extremely up front and communicates well. He is expeditious in response time, I am out of town right now and I was nervous about not dealing with someone face to face but he and his staff have made this procedure simple and calming bc my pool was/is filthy bc I haven’t been around to clean it. I would totally recommend their services anytime. Thank you for being honest, available and diligent Sunny. Best of luck to CleanMy Pool.
