Chuck did sprinkler system redo for us. He changed some of what we had and installed a new station. He came on time and stayed until he made sure everything worked. He left everything neat and clean. He told us he also does landscaping. I highly recommend him.

Chuck is our new go to person. He does it all from Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, window repairs, repair and installation of irrigation systems to Demolition and Hauling. He repaired our 14 year old sprinkler system yesterday. We found him to be not only competent but dedicated to keeping costs at a minimum while using quality materials. His labor charges were incredibly fair and beyond just reasonable. We found him to be a professional who is honest and really knows how to explain the work he is doing to include the customer in making an informed decision about the work to be done. Chuch Lypps will not let you down, whatever the job.

Chuck and Mo did an absolutely incredible job. They power washed my gigantic 15 year old concrete tile roof, and the before and after photos would blow you away. In addition, they powerwashed everything else in sight, front of house, driveway all sidewalks, pool deck and redwood deck--just because they were there!!! I paid Chuck 20% more than he quoted me because they worked so hard and did such a great job!! "Nuff said?"

Fair priced. Did good job overall. Follows up well. Arranged his schedule to meet mine. Courteous. Kind. Went over and above helping with little stuff in the yard too. Made some recommendations. Provided a few more parts/sprinkler heads than I expected. Real nice guy.

Chuch is outsantding in his feild, went to college has his degree. He is reasonable and always comes prepared for the problem. Works until the job is finished even after dark. Very talented in his field and highly recommend him.

I have used Chuck for three projects thus far and he helped me immeasurably with advice on a fourth. He draws on tremendous professional knowledge and experience and is capable and thorough in performing the work he undertakes. He is so busy that we wish we could clone him! So far, he has cleaned gutters that had been neglected for at least seven years; unclogged outdoor drains and will be replacing drain lines that were inappropriate to the task at hand. We have engaged him for landscape irrigation and expect to use him to change over our water source from city water to well water in the near future.Chuck's prices are very reasonable and he treats people very fairly, openly and honestly.

Chuck was on time and worked efficiently and checked the other rain gutters for proper water flow drainage. Took the time to correct other minor problems and to clean out gutters of debris that could clog the down spouts. Highly recommend Chuck.
