Concrete Scope of Work

Safety: subcontractor to have and maintain their safety program.
Cut Pad (provide optional pricing)
Finish grading for slab (separate scope, provide alternate pricing)
Soils report recommendations are part of this scope.
Layout, Footings Excavation: extra concrete to accommodate footings irregularities are part of this scope. Spoils to be stockpiled in separate area designated by superintendent.
Subcontractor to install batter boards prior to plumbing layout and trenching. Wall forms to be adequately braced and tied to prevent greater than 1/4 inch deviation from plumb / square.
Provide and install vapor barrier and sand per soils report.
Smooth finish
Labor, material, and equipment for pumping concrete.
Curb wall per precise grading plan, monolithic pour with the slab.
Anchor bolts and hold down bolts. material and layout by framer, installation by concrete subcontractor. anchor bolts to be +/- 1/8" from wall center line.
Edge of foundation and interior framed walls shall be +/- 1/8".
Flatness of the slab +/- 1/8" in 10'. grinding at bottom plates and floor area by this subcontractor.
Submit mix design for review and approval by structural engineer.
Furnish and remove all field built wash-out bins.
Invoices. subcontractor to submit invoice on 2-week cycle for work completed, payment within 14 days of approval. invoice to be accompanied by appropriate lien release (conditional and unconditional for last payment).
Clean-up is daily. monastery can help with laborers 3-4 persons
No loud music / radios.
Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and facilities to provide scope outlined.
