The service I received from Choice Plumbing was excellent! Mark was friendly and personable, the estimate (for a new hot water heater purchase and install) was very thorough and competitive, Mark was on time, and completed the work as promised. The installation was done neatly and everything is working great. I will be using Choice Plumbing for all our home's plumbing needs and definitely recommend their services.

Mark was a godsend! We had a sump pump fail and our basement was flooded. He called us personally, over the phone he assessed the problem and came by the house within 30 minutes as he promised. He installed the new pump to get us going, came back on Tuesday and installed the backup system and fixed the drain on the outside of the house. All throughout the process he was in constant communication about the job progress. The job was done very clean and neat! All through out the process he was very professional, and even over-delivered on the quality which was ultimate customer service! We are extremely happy with his quality of work!

Excellent Service!!! I was in a frenzy because I walked down to my basement and saw water! I quickly got on the internet and found servicemagiccom. I answered a few questions and within minutes, and I really mean MINUTES, I had Choice Plumbing calling me asking me what my plumbing needs were!!! And It was a Sunday afternoon around 3:30!!! The contractor was at my door about a half hour later, was very freindly and completely helped us by installing a new sub pump (the motor froze on our exsiting one)! I still can't believe how quickly I received a call!
