I knew that I was going to be a satisfied customer the instant that I spoke to Mark. He is professional, thorough and openly honest. I am 100% happy with the quick turnaround. Mark replaced the sump pump, removed water from the flooded basement and replaced a water heater within a few hours. Because I could not be present while he worked, Mark was kind enough to take pictures (for reference) of the new equipment, as well as, the old parts that he removed. I am grateful to have worked with Mark.

The repairman was at my home just hours after my initial call. Not only did he fix the garbage disposal, he cleaned and flushed it as well. Quick, friendly and honest service. I would definitely use Choice Plumbing Services again.

i RECEIVED A CALL FROM MARK WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF SUBMITTING MY REQUEST, HE WAS IN THE AREA AND CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. aFTER EXAMINING MY TANK, HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS ONLY A LEAK AT THE VALVE AND GAVE ME A VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR PRICE FOR REPLACEMENT. HE COMPLETED THE JOB VERY QUICKLY AND MADE SURE THAT THE LEAK WAS REPAIRED AND THAT THE TANK WAS WORKING PROPERLY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP AND COURTESY. i WOULD HIGLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY WORK THAT ANYONE NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR THEM.

Mark from Choice Plumbing returned my call within an hour of my leaving a message. We set up a time to meet the next day (Sunday) for an estimate. Mark showed up on time, gave me an estimate which was really fair, and completed the work within an hour. I would recommend Choice Plumbing to both family and friends and will be using them in the future for some additional work I have. Overall, I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
