We are trying to get a new water heater installed. Because it is gas it vents into the chimney. The plumber said I needed someone to write off on the flue. Chimney Sweeps of America had an earlier appointment than the one that was originally scheduled. The man came out, inspected the chimney and said it was good. Now I only have to get the water heater installed.

I'm sorry you you feel are company ,gave you bad service ,when you were ready to sign with are company because you had said we were very helpful with your hail damage claim with your insurance company. We came out submitted the report and cost to do the entire roof at a fair market price .We have a recorded conversion ,with you stating that you were unsatisfied with the other three contractors ,so we take it that its a pattern going onWe apologize that when you called us to sign the contract ,after telling us thatyour insurance went with are price ,but did not have the money to do the work or any documents stated that the insurance would pay

Constant communication, but not overbearing. Open and straightforward estimate and honesty. Original request for work not vompleted as they deemed it unnecessary (save me $99). Did full inspection and repairs at a discounted rate. Explained all repairs and provided photos. Work completed same day and less than 3 hours from the original time requested for my sweep. (Even though he needed to go get parts to complete the job). Very professional and i highly recommend this company and their service.

Mr. Ramirez is professional and friendly. He inspires confidence in him and his work. He is as honest as the day is long. My chimney did not need cleaning; he told me so and showed me pictures he took of it. However, the cover at the top of the chimney needed to be replaced or refurbished as it was rusted and the rust was running down the side of the chimney. He did a great job at refurbishing it and showed me before and after photos of it. I will not hesitate to recommend Mr. Ramirez to anyone. You would be glad you hired him.
