Bill was awesome. He came to our home to quote the job and also spent the next 10-15 min just teaching us how to use our new fireplace (we had just moved in). I contacted Bill from ChimPro about a ventless gas fireplace that required service. It in a new property we own, and was not functioning. Bill arrived for the agreed appointment on time, and quickly resolved the issue. I appreciated the knowledge sharing and advise Bill provided regarding our 20+ year-old unit. I contacted Jeromy at CHIMPRO this winter to come to give me an estimate and his opinion about a new install of a LOPI wood burner in my home. He came over and provided me with the information needed and we then ordered my LOPI stove from OMALIAs , When it arrived this month we got scheduled in for a service call and Bill and Jeromy came out with the stove and supplies and they were so thoro in their install and talked about what we will want to do to break in the stove .I had them clean and inspect our flue prior to replacing the wood burner. I love it . Thank you fellas.

Bill the owner of Chim Pro contacted me very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces and scheduled me for next day service. He was professional, had a lot of information and did a magnificent job on my fireplace. After he cleaned and serviced it, he had it working and it heats better and prettier too! I will get a yearly service from him! Thanks Bill!! ð

I contacted Bill of ChimPro to schedule service on both of our gas fireplaces. I provided him with what we needed and my contact information. He promptly contacted me and we scheduled a date and time for service. He arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I learned a lot about how the gas units work and proper safety practices. He was excellent to work with and we highly recommend his services.

Bill installed the fireplace, promised to come back and install whatever we want as surrounding, after confirming the appointment, he stopped accepting calls nor returning calls. stay away from this guy, now i have to find another company to do the rest of the job he didnt do. awful. had to wait for that appointment 2 weeks. then no show not returning calls.

Response from Company:

Extremely unfair comment. I did the install as I said I would do. I went out of my way to help you with your project. I showed up on multiple occasions to do the work as scheduled. Only to find no one there and unable to get in. I was finally able to get the fireplace installed. The finish work was a total separate bid. I didnt agree to do the finish till I knew what product was to be installed. Basic tile is easier than laying stone ect...I tried to contact on multiple occasions. no return call and the voice mailbox was full. Wish you would of just communicated with me. All this could of been avoided. I apologize for any issues I was responsible for. I take my job very seriously. My customers are extremely important to me.
