Their solution to replacing the busted pipe in the wall was to tear out 1 or 2 kitchen cabinets as well as a portion of the laundry room wall. Another company corrected the problem by a 3" hole in base of cabinet and a 12x12" dry wall access to install a new pipe. All w/out the massive tear out that was suggested.

I simply had a kitchen line rodded out. This is something that has been happening around holidays with my tenants cooking a lot and their being grease backed up. The charge was around double what I am used to paying. And the receipt had no details. I asked if it was an hourly rate or how is it calculated and I was given no answer. The receipt just says custom.

insure result. Based on satisfaction with this job, asked him about aged water heater. Gave estimate & returned next day to install. Also, replaced old sump pump while he was there. Very pleased with technician & all work.

Several were recommended by Home Advisor, but Chicago Sewer Experts were the only ones available the same day. The rep was prompt, took care of my clogged drain and offered very good advise on preventing future clogs. Hope I don't have this problem again, but if I do I will call Chicago Sewer again.
