Superior customer service!!!!!

We chose Champion Windows to replace all windows ($30k). What a HUGE mistake. It took them over one year to finish. First, we were told windows would be here in 3 months. It took 4 months. Second - due to either incorrect measurements or incorrect manufacturing, it took them 5 separate orders to get it close to right. Third - each reorder got put back in as if we were new, meaning it took 3-4 months for each reorder to arrive. We should have been put at the top of the list. Not once did a manager reach out to us to apologize or discuss. In several of my calls to customer service I was told that Champion has weekly meetings to discuss their clients and how they can better themselves and was told that we were the topic of many discussions. HA ! What a joke. So far I have kept 4 neighbors looking for new windows from making the same mistake we did. I am hoping that my email to the HOA, which goes to every resident keeps them from choosing Champion. At no time during

Hired company to install windows, not installed properly and causing issues with no response from customer service. I?ve tried calling multiple times and no response. They use high pressure sales and leave consumers stranded no response from corporate, good luck with getting someone to respond. Company has been Flagged by the bbb for complaints. Please don?t make a mistake using this company.

After the installation, I was very distressed because the windows have features I was not made aware of and do not like them, and their only solution is that I install 3 (wont do just 2) additional windows at a cost of almost $5,000.00 which I cannot afford. They claim "they did their job" which I vehemently disagree with since I now have windows that aren't compatible with the existing windows on the front of my house making an unattractive facade on my house. I asked for contact phone/e-mail address for the supervisor in Greensboro,N.C. but was denied - they said they gave him my info. & that he would call but he has not. I have been reaching out to them since June 30,2023 to resolve this issue with little response, only promises that they would contact me after they issued a service ticket within 24 to 48 hours which they have not done. Champion has my money, and I am left with windows that are not satisfactory. This situation has caused me so much anxiety, sleepless nights and endless hours trying get someone to care and listen to me. I definitely would not recommend Champion Windows to anyone.

Kenneth Blankenship is a great guy! Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service. Cannot wait for completion of new windows installation!!!

Jeremy with Champion of Greensboro has been very professional and knowledgeable about the Champion products and competitors. The ordering process has gone smoothly and we hope the installation of our living room windows will be too.

We just purchased a front door from Vinny Regan. He was very knowledgeable about the doors, explained all the options available and was very pleasant to work with. We are confident Champion will do a good job installing our new door.
