I have never had a contractor who takes such time with his customer and explain the process step by step, making sure I understood what was going on and that he was doing things to our satisfaction. Honest as the day is long, I just gave him a key to the house. He would text me each day, often with an accompanying picture, and explain what he and Steve had done that day.
