Really hard sell from the salesperson. They pushed how they are the best for service. a three-month wait for the windows to be constructed. I called several times after three months to get an update but got zero response. Left messages and sent emails with no response. I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order.

Best ever experience!! I absolutely love my beautiful siding--the man who installed was truly an artist. My home is so lovely, people stop and look!! I have never been happier with any other company who has done work of any kind on my house. It was so well done it should last til the end of the world!!

Things are starting off ok. When the guy came out to measure he asked to use the bathroom and I have been told this is a red flag for a bad contractor.

This is a great company with a awesome product. At a minimum, have one of their extremely knowledgeable representatives give you a demonstration of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each and every window. The money you spend, you’ll save 10-fold from energy savings, looks, and of course resale.
