Our new replacement windows were installed in July 2023. This was to be a two day install. The crew installed them in one day. Two large display windows each had a scratch. Casement windows were not aligned properly showing large gaps. Plugs were missing. The crew trashed our yard when they wrapped the windows. They did a lousy job and they had to be redone. All the screens were bent so we had no screens. They have sent out three set of screens and a year later were still missing screens. In October 2023, we were assigned a rep that promised my husband he would take full responsibility and get things ironed out. That hasn't happened. My husband and I drove to the Atlanta showroom. That Rep ordered a door for our house and he couldn't get them to deliver it to Atlanta. He drove himself to Chattanooga to get the door and he could get the door because he was not in Champion truck or something, I can't remember what excuse it was this time. To make things worse, we had smoke in our house and we couldn't open a window because of the way they were installed. You could not get the cranks to operate. All this was to be taken care of. We had crews not show up and reps that could not do what they said they would do. I am disgusted, angry and discouraged. I don't think I'll ever look at these windows and be happy we did business with Champion. We spent over $35,000 and all I got was a headache. The doors we ordered have yet to be delivered and installed.

Installation Crew was friendly. However, project manager and higher ups not the best to deal with. Some issues caused by installation didn?t want to correct. Still have some inside damage that was not corrected/fixed

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone after you pay. After making the down payment we heard nothing for about 2 months, which they told us to expect since materials and workers affected by covid. We began to reach out at the 2 month mark and no one would call us back. we had to call and select the option to make an appointment for an estimate just to get someone on the phone. then the project manager left the company and no one picked up my project. it took about 5 months to get the siding on my house. they wrote up the contract wrong, I did not catch it, no siding on my soffits. fine, took about a week to get the sales man back on the phone. ordered the material for the soffits in mid February. Now the sales man has left the company and we are back in the same boat where we cant get anyone on the phone. Caveat emptor!

17 windows installed in one day by contractors that were very professional. They worked in the cold rain and tired to not have windows open for too long.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional a pleasure to meet. I was warned about the possibility of delays due to supply shortages but my windows and patio door were installed within 6 weeks and are beautiful. I am completely satisfied.
