Zack is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the product and process to us very well. The Crew did an excellent job on the install and Rob our Supervisor for the project handled any questions or concerns immediately and thoroughly!

Project went great from beginning to end. Zack did a great job explaining the product and our estimate to us and Rob did a great job supervising the roofing crew and explaining the process to us. Any problems or concerns that we had during the project were answered immediately and thoroughly. Everyone that we dealt with at Meredith were very professional and courteous.

They weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. But they did provide good value for the money. They worked with us, explaining all the options and what they would do. Once everything was signed, they were able to come out quicker than I'd expected. They found unexpected problems with the wood underneath and were able to fix those as well. Finally, they put in a lot of time cleaning up all the debris created. I don't know if I'll ever need another roof replaced, but I'll definitely call them if I do.

Great. I went from proposal to a schedule within a few days. Work that normally would have taken 1 day was broken into 2 due to weather. Totally love my new roof! I had some bad spots in the plywood underlayment that were taken care of without issue. Great job!

The project took longer than expected but that wasn't their fault because we had some rain storms throughout the day. They worked through a lot of the rain which was surprising. I felt bad for them because of the rain. They were real troopers though.

The work on the roof hasn’t started yet however we had this company put our siding on a couple of years ago and everything went great! We trust in them to do quality work at a fair price in a very timely manner. We wouldn’t call anyone else for our home projects.

Last year I used Meredith for roofing and, although the end product was great (looks fantastic on satellite view) the process between signing the contract and actually getting the roof done was riddled with lack of communication and poor time management. I was hesitant to use them again because of these issues, but they matched a bid from a competitor and I felt more confident with Cam and the team than I did the competitor. Again, I did run into a few small communication issues between signing the contract and getting the job done, but unlike the roof, it was all figured out on time. Adam as the project foreman was reliable, checking in every day, sometimes a couple of times in the day, and the crew was friendly, diligent, and hard-working (although messy with their nails) resulting in a great looking siding job! So far I have not had any issues, so I can not speak to those that have had to have things corrected - we will cross that bridge if it ever happens. In the end, I would recommend them to anyone with the caveats that their office woman, Brandi, does not have great phone/customer service skills, so do not let that throw you, communication/time management, in general, can be lacking so be prepared to keep on them and do your due diligence to make sure the crews clean up after themselves.

All communication with them, from the first meeting for an estimate to the final walk around after the job was completed, was conducted professionally. They took care to protect the property before and during installation and did a thorough job of cleaning up. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them!
