Excellent experience with Jared. He was very informative in explaining my issues, patient in explaining everything, and really cared about the issues I was having. He was very knowledgeable and helped to make this project affordable. He made me feel confident in my decision and I am looking forwards to working with him.

I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!

The sales rep was well educated on every aspect of roofing. Every complaint that I had about my old roof was addressed in my proposal. He had plenty of props with him that he used to explain how MHI's solution would address my concerns. Low pressure and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very good and efficient. I was impressed. I was particularly pleased that they agreed to take my chimneys down and insulate the flues before covering the chimneys with new wood. I know I was in a tight location and was impressed with their efforts to minimize the damage to my landscaping and the neighbors' property. Great job! Thank you.

Professional, fair, responsive, and very. knowledgeable. MHI not only did a thorough inspection of the roof, but also sat down with us to explain our options and answer all of our questions. Price was fair, and scheduling was fast. I would highly recommend MHI for your next roofing project!
