Stuart was very professional. He was timely and prompt and did exactly what he said he would do and for the cost quoted. I didn’t realize how rare that is becoming. He was communicative and explained things thoroughly and provided photo documentation of the work that was done in the attic. He even educated me that we have all the needed electrical wiring for an attic fan (we will be hiring him again for that to be installed at a future date).

Work was done on time at the quoted price, which was significantly lower than competing bids. Highly recommended.

A sole proprietor business, Green Star provided a very competitive itemized written bid. Stuart was very accommodating in considering old (>100 years) home challenges and discussing insulation options and solutions. Promptly arrived on scheduled date, his team was diligent in adding blow in insulation to attic and exterior wall space, as well as foam to basement sill plates, all in one day. Very friendly, knowledgable, professional and unobtrusive in providing their services.

Stuart was very professional and exceeded my expectations with service and quality. He always explained what he was about to do, even when he came to bid the job. After his inspection, he asked could he sit down and complete the bid. Stuart took the time to explained each line item and cost, then asked if I had questions. Once I accepted his bid, he explained in detail what would occur each day and gave approximate timeframe for job to be completed.He was on time each day and gave a progress report at the end of each day. Stuart, President of GreenStar Energy, was on the job everyday, all day . He takes pride in his company and it shows. I highly recommend this company for all your insulation projects. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t begin to express how great the entire experience was from the estimate to the finished installation! Stuart is very professional. On time. Knowledgeable. Clean. Detailed. Highly recommend! He installed an attic fan. I will have him back to add insulation in my attic soon! Pricing is more than fair! I had other bids, they didn’t compare to Green Star Energy! For all that was done, it should have been the highest bid but it wasn’t. If you are looking for a company to install an attic fan or any insulation, ventilation work, you will not regret choosing this company. I should have taken more pictures! He had drop cloths from the front door down the hall to the end of the work area. He cleaned as he worked so there was never a mess. Very little dust at any given time I looked.
