The weather is critical to completing a job like this. It took some extra time as we had to reschedule but in the end it was completed. Overall I was pleased with the communication outside of a couple hiccups. William was very responsive. The 2 man sealing crew was very efficient and very detailed to keep the sealer from splashing or flowing over into surrounding non-asphalt areas. I had quite a bit of moss on my driveway because it is very shaded so I would suggest anyone with a similar issue be aware that moss is incredibly hard to scrape off with a wire/stiff brush and will likely return regardless of full removal. After sealing you might notice some moss left behind. Overall I am satisfied with the sealing results.

Yes they did a great job. But you guys need to quit calling them. Since work is done. Have had them out before. Friendly, price right away. Talked about what is going to be done. Keeping in contact with me.

This is the worse company I have dealt with in my 71 years of life. They never return calls, I am in the third month of waiting fro them to complete the driveway It took them until the second month of me calling every week to schedule the tear out and even then they were a day late and only did a partial tear out and have not been back despite numerous calls and broken promises to complete the work. I have a torn up driveway and have had a dumpster sitting inf front of the house. They showed up unannounced on Thursday evening 8/12 asking for $1500 down payment in cash and when I said I do not keep that much cash at home they left. The next day, at 5:00 pm I get a call asking for $4200 down payment in cash, promising they would be here that day. Feeling the stress and frustration of this process I gave in and got a receipt for the cash. I realized afterwords that was a mistake. They never showed and the main office has not returned my calls. I hired them based on Home Advisors recommendation and BBB rating. I cannot find a formal complaint process for Home Advisors that guarantees my happiness/satisfaction, so I am providing this review. Rating the company as 0.5 is only that high because there because there was no way to rate them lower. At this point, I will never use Home Advisors/Angi again. The BBB has a simple process to file a complaint and I have filed one with them. If there was a way to file a complaint with Home Advisors/Angi I would be doing that instead of writing this review. I have documented this ordeal with pictures, a timeline starting the the original recommendation from Home Advisors, and printed copies of the text communications.
