Central Florida Stucco and Painting

Barry sent Desmond to initially review and then complete the job. The job... remove all vinyl siding and existing rock walls on the house and apply a stucco finish instead. Desmond and his team were great to work with. Quality work, fine clean up, and a pleasure to talk with.

The crew did a really good job repairing our stucco. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail how they were going to fix the stucco. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Showed up on time. Gave a detailed estimate and offered other estimates for additional work if needed but no pressure. Completed job in one day and was able to make payment online easily. Haley who answers the phone and does scheduling is so nice.

Although our stucco repair needs were small, Haley assured us that they could easily take care of them and she stayed in close contact until it was completed. James' stucco work is great--prettier than the original--and he even took care of a few minor areas that we were not aware of. Great professional, efficient customer service all around. Would definitely use again

The owner (Barry) actually called to confirm the appointment the night before. James did the actual stucco repair. He was on time, excellent, and efficient. Project: Repair stucco on roof dormer. Barry was great to work with as was Haley in scheduling. James my repair guy showed up on time as per schedule. The stucco repair was done very promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company for you're stucco repairs. The team was very responsive and informative. They worked with me on an appropriate solution to our repair issue and scheduled and followed through as they said. Very easy to work with and the resulting work looked great. Cleaned up well after the job was complete. Solid company from my experience and worth checking out.

See previous revew. Owners response to review is laughable. Such a liar! I questioned wording in the contract to replace all metal, not just what he could see rusted. He acknowledged all metal will be removed. He responded with email agreeing on what work will be done. Now he lies and says it wasn't in the contract. If that were true, he would not have finished the job after I showed him this. No, it's not me. Also to his previous response. I said a lot, you said you told me to shut up. Ha! Never happened. I have photos. It's is shoddy business practices. Funny I've had no issues wirh other contractors. Beware!

They mentioned painting after doing the stucco patch work when I spoke to their office they was not included inthe contract I heard the foreman metion painting so what did I miss when I spoke to the woman in the office she said painting was not in the quote.so now I have to get a painter even after somone did give the right infirmation.

Barry replies quickly and gave an estimate the same day. His crew were personable and professional. Superb quality of work!
