I hate to mess up this guys near perfect rating because he was pretty much perfect. I just can't hand out 5 star ratings for such a small job. I will say that I will use him again and may update this review at a later time. I needed some siding repaired because my roof is too darn high for me to climb up on. I found Castle Services on Home Advisor using google search. Scheduling couldn't be easier, most of the fields autofilled (thanks google), I hit submit, and Brian called almost instantaneously. We worked out a time, and an estimated price of $100 to $150. He showed up on time, communicated clearly what he would do, and other services he could provide. He then worked quickly and efficiently to make the repair. He did a check of my roof and siding and found some seals that needed replacing and took care of those. If there was one area for improvement he did not discuss pricing when he was onsite and he did end up leaving without telling me how much my bill would be. Not a huge deal because we did discuss on the phone it would be up to $150. Still, he could have been more clear about exactly what the charges would be. That said, $150 for someone to climb up on my roof, do a roof inspection, and repair multiple items is fair and reasonable. I received an email bill the next day, followed the link for payment and done. Couldn't be easier. This is my first siding repair but I have used a couple of other companies for roofing repairs and I'll definitely go with Castle for any home repairs I cannot perform myself.

Brian did an exceptional job. He was right on time an very friendly. He accomplished the task ahead of time and gave me a detail analysis of what he did and what was the root cause of the problem. I would highly recommend Brian and his company!

We hired Brian Jeffers of Castle Home Services, Inc to paint the interior walls, ceiling, and trim of our 5,000+ sq ft home. Brian and his painting team were extremely professional, flexible, prompt and the quality of their work was top notch. The rates were extremely reasonable as well. We would highly recommend this company to family and friends and plan to hire Brian to remodel our bathrooms.

The contractor actually wound up doing a slightly more extensive repair than originally agreed because it worked out better. Even though it was slightly more expensive to the contractor, our price was not raised. And they were always easy to deal with.

Brian is a true professional. He called shortly after I placed a request for an appointment, came on time to do the estimate, and scheduled the job promptly for the 2nd day. He showed up as promised on time, and completed the work on time and with great attention to detail. He also kept his word, offering a discount and performing a free whole roof inspection and small on spot repairs (like pipe flashings) free of charge. Excellent work, excellent price, and excellent customer service oriented contractor (he explained to me everything about the job, before and after, to my full satisfaction).

Brian called right away, provided an estimate immediately, and arrived onsite when he said he would. After surveying the damage he told me the scope of work was less than his original estimate and reduced the price by 17%. He finished the work quickly, explained the work he had done, and presented his bill that included a one-year warranty. I was very pleased with Brian's technical competence, efficiency and professionalism, and would definitely hire him again.
