Julien called within 15 minutes of posting the repair request and came out that same afternoon to give an estimate. He provided two options (replace 3 sections of fence with new or just replace the 3 posts) and had the best price. We only had the posts replaced as the fence was basically still in good shape. He was on time day of repair, introduced us to his staff and made sure we understood what was being done and asked if we had any questions. Work was performed timely, professionally and they even replaced a couple of broken dog ears with no charge. Will definitely call Castillo Fencing for any future repairs.

They did a great job. They were extremely busy and still came over to completer fence repair on the day that they said it would be completed.

I am on a corner lot and about 5 years ago, a general contractor we worked with hired these guys to install a new fence in the outer portion of our back yard (street facing, not shared with neighbors). While the work took longer than they expected (and we had a night with our yard exposed to the world), they finished it the next day and we were so impressed with the quality of their work that we recently hired them again to finish the remainder of our fence in the backyard. This time, they gave us a two day estimate (not a big deal since the remainder of the fence was shared with neighbors) and were able to wrap up very early on the second day! And I'm pleased to say that the quality of their work is still excellent. They also did a fantastic clean up job. I noticed that they had punctured one of my drip lines but they repaired it on their own without me having to ask! They also cleared out some dead plants I had lying around and cleared out a pile of tree stakes that I couldn't figure out what to do with. Julian and his team were very good, fast and professional. The only con was that he needs to work on his scheduling. When we first called for an evaluation, he forgot about it and didn't show up. When I called, he was very apologetic and came out the next day for an evaluation. Additionally, we were originally supposed to have the work done on 3/23 but when my wife called to verify that he'd be there the Friday before, he got us mixed up with someone else and didn't have us on his schedule at all! He rescheduled us for 4/20 (a month later, but we weren't in a big hurry, especially since our neighbors weren't terribly responsive either). This time, he called the Wednesday before to confirm that he'd be there and he and his crew showed up on time ready to go. All and all, while Julian needs to work on his scheduling, the quality of the work, the strength of the fence and the excellent professionalism from Julian and his team more than makeup for the scheduling hiccups. I definitely recommend Castillo Fencing!

They were suppose to get ahold of me to weather proof/stain the fence about a week later when the weather was better. I have called multiple time with no returned calls. I still want them to stain the fence, but unable to get ahold of them. Have left voice mail messages.

He gave me a fair estimate, options, and suggestions, and the result is a quality fence/gate for my RV. I would definitely hire this company again. No regrets at all.

They are by far above the competition . From the estimate to completion the most proffesional company I've dealt with. On time in the rain. Neighbors have already had them quote work after seeing the quality of thier work. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I could not be happier.

Julian and his crew were very professional and courteous. He explained a variety of fencing options and benefits or drawbacks of those choices. He and his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of our landscaping and property. The fence he installed looks fantastic and it appears to be very well constructed.
