Castillo was so busy due to winter issues but we finally had it done and we could not be happier, we would have no trouble sharing there name

In March, Castillo Fencing installed new fences for me and my neighbors as a result of storms earlier in the year. Julian, the owner, was courteous and thorough in his estimates. The workers were respectful of existing plants, etc., and worked efficiently.

Like most I had to wait over two months due to the recent storms. The crew was friendly and made sure to avoid damaging our expensive plants. They started the job on the date promised. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't show up on the last day and I received no call. As Julian explained it was a communication error on their part. He apologized for the inconvenience and they came out promptly the next day. The work is excellent and we love our new board on board fence. I would definitely hire them again. By the way our neighbors are planning more fence work for them. Thanks Castillo Fencing!

They came out once for a repair and had no problems, so we hired them again to make a repair for storm damage to the fence. This time, we made the appointment and they never showed up. We had even called prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment and everything was verified for the time and date. When we called to see why they didn't show up on the date scheduled, they told us that the appointment was a month later than we originally scheduled. When we explained that it was not correct and that the appointment was for today, they said that their records didn't show that and that they were too busy to come. This leaves us in a real bind as our fence is about to fall down and we have already had to wait two months for the appointment and now we have to wait another month due to their mistake.

An excellent company. Good communication. This is a busy time of year for all fencing companies, and I had to wait for a couple weeks for the job to begin. When the crew arrived, they were polite, efficient, and clean. They did an excellent job, and left the area clean. I recommended this company to my neighbor, who also had them replace some fencing. My neighbor is also pleased with the work they did.

They did an amazing job and did the entire job in one day. The initial communication was a little bit hit or miss, but it was just after a huge storm so they were probably overwhelmed with phone calls.

Great experience! I had 60 feet of redwood fencing installed in 4 hours by the crew! I plan on calling Julian Castillo to replace another fence in the near future. Great price and quality.

Due to major wind damage in our area, they were booked up 3 weeks out. They called and offered to come out when they received an opening in their schedule and completed the work much earlier than anticipated.
