Castaneda's Tree Trimming

This is the second time I have used Castaneda. They are fast, professional and do a good clean up afterwards

Pedro was very attentive and listened to all our requests to make sure the trees were handled with the utmost care.

Pedro and his crew promptly arrived and the work was completed within the estimated time period. The work and clean up was well-executed. The crew was professional and courteous. The cost for the work was reasonable.

I would not recommend this guys because they lied about the work.

Scheduled a Saturday 10 am appointment for an estimate and received a voicemail at 11:57 that they did not come at 10 and could I reschedule. I called back, related that I did not feel comfortable moving forward, as this may be indicative of their companys overall quality and declined. Just the facts, No drama, No hyperbole.

I called Pedro Castaneda to tell him that he should have come over when the job was completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Instead, he asked one of his workers to ask for full payment because he was busy. before asking his crew for the full payment. I called to follow-up with him to go over some things that needed to be addressed. He said he would come at 5 pm that day, but he never called or showed up.

From first phone call to cutting trees, every thing was done professionally.

We had a tree die in our backyard and they were able to come out and take out the old one and put in a new one in a few hours.
