Workmanship was great, and the project was completed to our satisfaction. There was a long delay in final completion of the project, which was disappointing. But we were very pleased with the final result.
Response from Company:
Significant rain during this project delayed getting footer inspections. The inspector can not pass a footer with water in them. After pumping the water out of the footers (6 times). Finally we got a rain break. Actual work time outside of rain days is 3 days to complete. This is very good in terms of project time.

The deck was fully completed, but I had trouble getting Home Depot to pick up the remaining materials from the job site. it took 3 days to get the lumber removed. i was going to go and make sure they did, so I waited until HD was to come pickup to clean up some temporary footer framing on the project to allow for the concrete to harden well. Eveything was cleaned up start to finish in 5 days.

Peachtree Woodworks produces an excellent quality deck. Sturdy and beautiful. Although we ran into some issues,Casey Powell seemed flexible and willing to work them out. The crew let us know when there was any problem. Bottom line...quality well worth the money.Many compliments from neighbors so far. Would use again if need arises.
