1st siding job I ever did in large quantity as a favor to the customer since they were doing other projects with me. i was somewhat slow on this job in terms of the siding due to the fact this was the first large scale siding job I had done in coordination with other work which I commonly do. Project was completed approx. 8 years ago.

"There was a little trouble in getting the estimates and contracts at first, but once the contract was signed, everything went very well. The folks at Peachtree Woodworks were very good and did a commendable job on the project."

Do to multiple design modifications and drawings as well as a detailed estimate, it took an extra day or two to get the contract drawn up.

We love our new room! Carpentry was excellent! The length of the project and lack of communication were the only major drawbacks.

I disagree. My contracts are extremely thorough and contain every detail of the job down to the type of light switch cover plate styles. Project details are communicated in great detail.

Casey and his experienced crew did an excellent job of finalizing the design and building an extremely sturdy, attractive deck. So good, in fact, that we had them replace a porch as well. They also identified a weakened foooting which has allowed the house to sag in one corner, and we have contracted for them to fix that, too. We are very pleased.

My room is great! I was pleased that Tony cleaned up at the end of the day. More important they pointed out and fixed an important safety feacher. There is an existing upper deck that coult leak or fall as it was begining to sag a bit. They braced it up

Although the price was somewhat higher than some of the others the offering was more extensive. The addition to the deck was matched with new railings on the entire deck. With nice finishing touches that others did not offer. The only issue I had and still have 3 months latter, is the truck that they used to haul away the scrap. It left ruts in the lawn. When they really didn't need to drive up over the lawn. I requested that they repair the ruts and have yet to see any effort to do so.

I contacted this customer approx. 7 years ago about this issue with the dumpster roll marks in about 8 feet of grass. i spoke with the customer and agreed to $75 for the inconvenience of fixing the grass. Customer agreed, but Service magic didn't get the updated change in this reference. This is the only time this dumpster situation has occurred in 15 years. This is a very good track record.
