Personally confused on this one. Sorry....Always looking for 5.0 results.
He did everything on schedule and did exactly what was discussed.
Customer completely loved project.. We volunteered to seal the deck for them, which is not my normal. The deck looks fantastic. These things matter to me.. as the owner "Casey Powell". I take care of my customers above a beyond the contract. I can be reached 24 hours a day. The key to great project is listening, offering advice, creativity, and options available to provide more selections for the customer than my competition for sure, combined with a hyper detailed explanation of the job in black and white in a contract. The contract is the tool by which a job and customer and company communications runs smoothly.
Good job. Good crew. Professional
Very pleased with the work on our fairly large deck. Casey's team started promptly and finished quickly. I would love to work with Casey again on future projects and will highly recommend him to friends and colleagues.
Very Professional in his delivery of Information, Also in intallation of Materials. I would certainly used Casey for any future projects.
Great Guy. Thank You Casey Powell
Casey was extremely helpfull and did an excellent job. I would definetely recommend him on any project.
Nice lady. We arrived and removed some limbs off the carport roof while looking at the project. We noticed some punctures and significant soffit -fascia damage. We replaced the entire roof sheathing, Self Sealing underlayment, and roll roofing and sealant. We fixed the entire project in two days. The goal is to make your customers happier than they expected. This is my definition of success in the Home improvement business. Casey Powell
Excellent experience working with Casey and his crew. Casey provided a very thorough and detailed contract. The crew arrived on time and worked consistently until the job was completed. They went beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend. This was the best experience I have had with a contractor.
Would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others. Quick. got the job done as they said, even with the poor weather. Deck look great, all I have to do is put on the sealer.
Interesting Project. A deck like a parallelagram of a very modern style house. Customer was very happy. We commonly use #1 PT pine for our deck and railing top cap surfaces to provide a preferred finish to a great project. #1 Decking has around 80% fewer knots, and 80% smaller knots from my experience. I recommend it highly. The materials costs go up slightly. There is no labor cost increase by improving materials quality until you use exotic woods.
Mr.Casey sub-contracts his work to another individual, in addition Mr.Casey has another " Business" = on the side. The work was well done and the project was cleaned up , mostly.
Surprised that this is not a 5 star. I use only one carpenter that I have used for 15 years. We are more like business partners than a "subcontracter". Yes, I personally, am not a carpenter, therefore someone else has to actually be the carpenter. This relationship saves my customers approx. 10% on every job. The job was 100% cleaned up and paid in full with a smile, so I do not understand the comment truthfully. I have great pictures of this job if you would like to see them. I guess you can't get 5 stars all the time, even when you do it perfectly.
The job was supposed to be complete in December.....and it is STILL not finished. Casey continued to request more money, did not follow up with his contracted worker to see the quality of the job, and refused to schedule a time with us to finish the job. We made ourselves available anytime, day or weekend, but Casey just wanted access to our home -- he wanted a key so he could get in when we weren't there. That's why it has taken him months and months. Casey sorely overpromised and underdelivered. His communication style was convoluded and he was exceptional at making excuses for the poor workmanship and lengthy amount of time it was taking to finish the job. I think people really need to know what they're getting themselves into by choosing Peachtree. It was a fair price, but SO not worth the hassle and poor work.
WOW! Do you even believe it??? I did a great deck an fence project in 1 week when it was 32 degrees outside, which the customer loves. I let him do a small island cabinet job with my carpenter on the side since I personally do not do cabinets. This customers paid my carpenter when finished(?) and then I paid $1000 to the customer to make him happy and bought the island back. This is what I get. WOW. You can not make everyone happy. 2 bad ones in 15 years. Great final work though. I have pictures The Cabinet is in my house as a furniture piece.
