Great work, a bit pricey. Had a little hiccup with language barrier but the painters resolved it in the spot.

It took 1 1/2 months to get them out to do the work after the quote was performed. They have a lot of issues with scheduling and kept rescheduling the start date. Then they threatened a 25% cancellation charge when I said I would look for someone else. There was no previous mention of this charge nor was it in the contract I signed. Beware of the quote! The **Total** shown in large numbers is for the labor only. The materials quote was in a tiny font and not added into the final rate quoted. Their way of making their quote seem cheaper than it really was. I would not use them again nor recommend to anyone, which is a shame. 3 of my neighbors would have used them, as well.

They did an excellent job repairing and painting the exterior of the house and garage. They left no trash or debris to clean up.

Ron Forest and his team were timely in all responses, reasonable and customary in cost for the quality of services rendered and performed in every way exactly as promised. His lead man Luis Hernandez, consistently went above and beyond to deliver outstanding quality and service every day his crew was onsite. I have been in the larger scale realm of high end commercial construction for over 40-years and I would put this group up against the biggest and best and expect them to be as good as any and better than most. I can recommend them without reservation.

Carnival Custom Painting did a great job on my house. They even did small repairs and caulking where they found problems. They always gave me cost options for each repair. I had an unsightly trim area that they corrected with a faux paint option. I love it. I highly recommend them. I plan to get them to paint the interior as soon as possible.
