Eugene is awesome. I called him to fix a front door that wasnâ t closing correctly. I asked him if the door jamb should be replaced. He said the door could be fixed without replacing jamb. He was correct, fixing the problem without costing me a lot more money. I appreciate his honesty! He also responded quickly to my initial phone call and got the job done quickly.

Recently, I purchased a gazebo online from Amazon and was in need for assistance in assembly and installation. I contacted Capital Carpentry and Eugene answered the phone. He immediately came over to assess the situation. He is very friendly, eager and not to mention quiet a funny personality. He gave me his bid and said he was ready to start the work right away and can bring his crew over. Since we were still waiting for shipment on the last box, i told him that I'll wait and decide when the last package arrives. I was still up in the air on whom I will go with as I was still shopping around for quotes. He came back again in couple of days to check on me to see of he can work on it. I negotiated with him and we came to a reasonable amount. He and his crew of 5 came back 30 min later and started the work on it. Initially we thought this might take couple of hours and 1 day job but took 2 days due to unforseen circumstances and challenges with missing parts, misaligned threads on parts, dented damaged part and harsh hot weather. The crew worked fast and diligently on it and fixed the issues at hand. Eugene drove and got some of the missing parts from hardware store. They did everything possible to make this happen for me. The crew was punctual, professional and hardworking. At the end it was all worth it to see my gazebo come to life. We hired Capital Carpentry two weeks ago to address an issue with our door. I contacted Eugene, and he arrived quite promptly to assess the situation. Our door had sagged due to a beam above it settling down, which caused the door not to close properly, and the frame was damaged as a result. Eugene and his team of three arrived on the scheduled day and completed the job in one day, even though we initially planned for it to take two. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. Their attention to detail is outstanding! They even cleaned the window and repainted our door! If we ever need carpentry services again, we will definitely call them, and we highly recommend Capital Carpentry to anyone in need of skilled carpentry work.

I am very pleased with the work done by Capital Carpentry. I needed to remove a rotten door from my garage. It turned out that siding had to be installed in place of the door. However, my entire wall was so old and rotten that we had to do siding on the entire wall. Eugene initially wanted to replace the windows, but due to various reasons, it didn't work out, and we decided to go with a wall without windows. Even so, it looks much better now. The team worked in extreme heat, with temperatures reaching 115 degrees Fahrenheit. They worked in the sun all day, from 7 AM to 7 PM. They worked quickly, precisely, and efficiently. I never thought his team could complete such a job in such a short time. A huge thank you to him and his entire team, and I highly, highly recommend Capital Carpentry.
