I wholeheartedly recommend Cape Fear Kitchens and Baths for any remodeling needs. The work they completed was absolutely beautiful and an amazing value for the money! I so appreciated their timely and thorough estimate and design process - they walked me through multiple options to choose from, and provided excellent advice. They even helped with a few extra tasks around the house in order to get it ready for sale. Their help was invaluable to me - they made a stressful project MUCH easier to accomplish - many thanks to them!
Drywall repair was not good
Top notch crew
Job was completed in a timely manner...work crews were excellent..very pleased with the finished product
Great experience. The addition to details and my needs were outstanding. Great work!!
Overall, the installer did a terrific job. However, I was promised a certain feature by the salesperson, which the installer was unable to provide. I contacted the salesperson after the job was complete, but she has not responded. I also contacted her recently about another problem, and have not had a reply. I hope this is not one of those businesses that don't want to know you once the check is cashed. I might change my review later, if my issues are resolved.
Master Bath Remodel. Scope: Remove existing fiberglass shower, remove sinks and vanity, remove existing lighting, wall prep for tile, tile shower and wainscot room, install additional/new shower fixtures, install new lighting, install new vanity and sinks. This project was started about 3/1/2015, ended (note: not completed) 5/28/2015. The good: Tile contractor did an excellent job. The not so good: -Sheet rock finish/craftsmanship -Cheap Plastic clips to attach mirror/no anchors The bad: -Plumbing rough-in: valves not square with wall. Never pressure tested until wall closed, fortunately, no leaks. -Promptness -End of day clean-up, I swept and vacuumed daily. -Site neatness The inexcusable bad: Little, to no communication Lack of communication, a conversation had early in the project with the owner, never improved. No shows, no communication. A shower part was broken (by the contractor), while correcting an install issue. After three weeks, with no communication, I called supplier, learned of backorder. At least two weeks later I received a call from the contractor., Promised early arrival, rarely occured before noon, rarely stayed past 3:00. Tile contractor left a mess, daily,. Workspace was a mess until there was no room for the mess (new vanity install). Sheetrock finish incomplete or unacceptable. Cheap, improperly installed mirror clips I understand the part delay, but not that ALL work stopped. All documentation for plumbing, lighting, shower door was removed. I have no idea what if any warranty I have on anything. All in all, it looks pretty good. Now I'll paint, then take a shower.

We just had a full bathroom remodel completed by Cape Fear. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, communication, and quality of the products. They took our 1960 pink bathroom and turned it into a very modern and beautiful bath. Rich and John were very courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodel project.
