Absolutely horrible experience. Very poor quality work. Like absolutely amateur work quality. Non existent communication skills. Unreliable. Caught them in several lies. Took zero care of our home during repairs and ended up causing a tremendous mess and ruining a lot of our items. Could not care less about delivering what they promise, and while they quoted the job to take 3.5 to 4 weeks, it took over 4 months and we finally fired them due to incompetence, very subpar quality of the work they DID do, and not showing up to finish the job.

The project took longer than it should have, without a doubt. Reasons and explanations are not important here. And we do not want to get into back and forth or detailed explanations of issues or efforts that were made to rectify issues. I will say, however, it is inaccurate that we did just not show up to finish the remaining punch list items. In the end, it is accurate that the project took longer to complete than it should have and we made an error in judgment with a sub we used (subcontractors we place on projects are our responsibility).
