Write a ReviewHave been going through a remodel which was promised at a 4 -8-week time frame that is approaching 4 months, and still waiting on counter tops, electrical and tiling work. Will probably go past 5 months before completed. Just cannot get any answers or action. I am probably shooting myself by posting this before the job is completed but I have run out of patience. No pre-planning causing week-long delays with permit approvals, Once finally getting approval no plan in place to complete the work. Happy with the quality, just cannot get any sense of urgency. I feel as though we are being pushed to the side for larger jobs which are creating even more frustration. James is the nicest man in the world, but do not understand how a company can promise you a 4-8 week scope and go on 4 months with no end in sight. Beware of promises being made that just is not happening and at their mercy. If anybody from Cape Fear Kitchen and Bath is listening HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was very thorough.
They did a wonderful job. The crew that painted the bathroom were the best; I've never seen such smooth slick walls. Most importantly, the open communication during the remodeling process. Love our new improved master bath.
They all about big jobs not about small job I ask for a quote for something else in my kitchen got nothing

Communication was non existent and it was clear the main goal was to make a dollar not give a customer good work at a fair price.
This person gave us a 4 star for the work we did and then said we did not care about her project. We do great work.
We had the good fortune to have Rich, Sean and Alberto come to the rescue and tackle a major problem in our home. They were professional, talented and hardworking. We would most definitely call on them again.
Job took way longer to complete than estimated. Too many non-working days. Workmen were very nice but. They didn't take measures to keep the adjoining rooms clean. When you remove floor tile, the red dust goes every. The carpet was ruined before I got them to pit down plastic. A pro would know this. My complaint fell on deaf ears. For the money I paid, I should not have any complaints.
The entire team, James,John, Shawn , Rich, were wonderful to work with. Loved their attention to detail. My only complaint, there were several delays with counter tops, glass for the shower and mirrors. The delays were not the falt of Cape Fear Kitchens and Bath, but from the vendors they used. Love my bathroom now. Great job!
Overall a good job was done to move a wall to enlarge a master bath, replace a tub with a walk-in shower with glass doors, install new toilet, vanity, and ceramic tile. Crew was very knowledgeable and responsive to a couple of on-the-fly changes. Opaque doors were installed due to a mix-up with Lowes but it was corrected promptly at no cost to me. My wife and I were very satisfied with the finished product and would use them again.
Were very prompt and careful by laying down cloths on rug. Also cleaned up every night and hauled all trash away.
