The contractor (Mark) was great, both of his crews were OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL -- they did a very good job. I appreciate the respect they gave me and my home.

I was lied to regarding the existing irrigation. Marc said it would remain, they would just cap off the heads so if the turf was removedit would be usable. They cut off the heads, AND cut the line in another area of my property to disconnect from the system, ruining the system. I tried contacting them and no answers at all. They left debris in my yard both times they were out working....just awful.

This company poured/installed a sub standard driveway and did a so-called â repair â that makes my driveway, the laughingstock of the neighborhood. I spent a lot of money having a new driveway poured and the owner, Ken Johnson, could care less that I have a substandard driveway. I was not one of his rich clients in El Dorado Hills, Roseville, etc. etc. I am going to pursue every course of legal action against him that is possible. To say that he is a lowlife, is an understatement

Do not use this company. He lied to me about the scope of work. I asked him about a problem with current driveway, he suggested a gentle slope which meant at least another yard of concrete. Great. Signed binding contact. He headed the new driveway exactly like the old one. When questioned about it he said I dont know the law. It was illegal for him to grade it that way. Lie#1. He also said I would get a discount if I paid in cash. I paid in full. Well that backfired. He reneged on his promise to come back and clean up the rubble 2-3 yards, not once, but three times. Now I have a driveway I cant use, and a pile of junk in my front yard. No I would not recommend this company for any exterior work, in California or any other state.

Both Ken and Heidi are professional and responsive. They respond to all communication. The estimate was fair and I will write another review when the work is complete.

Scheduling was difficult, they are not very organized or have a good process to calendar projects. The work they did looks great and they were very fast, but they left a lot of garbage lying around. They also underestimated and came back asking for more after we had agreed on a price and signed off.

Fast, Affordable, and good people. I couldn't be more pleased with the speed and results. True experts!
