We had Calderon Homes build a house for us 2022 just outside of Wickenburg. We have had nothing but problems from the start. The contractor flipped our house plans without telling us, and because we were in Oregon during the build, we were not aware until the framing was completed. We had a roof leak and water running into the house a week after we moved in. They did come out and fix the leak, but never repaired the dry wall; just painted over it. From there we have dealt with electrical issues, leaks in faucets and the garbage disposal, cabinet issues, the shower leaking into our wall, doors not closing correctly and then being worn down and having to be repaired. The list goes on and on. We are now dealing with our tile floors cracking all over the house. Spoke with the ROC and they said it?s a foundation issue and outside their 2 year statute of limitations!

The polite, friendly crew was great - showed up right on time to do the demo work on my kitchen. They were careful with the appliances, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up after. Definitely recommend them!

Lazaro ensures that if anything goes wrong during the project, the issue is resolved quickly and to the clientâ s complete satisfaction. He is a man of his word and thatâ s all you can ask for. I would recommend him to anybody.

Calderon Homes was a recommendation from another contractor. I hired them to build a small addition to my house. Project was done on budget and on time. Lazaro kept me informed and was always available to answer any questions and returned all calls in a timely manner. He and his team are very professional and courteous. Any problems that came up (some of which was of my own making) were promptly addressed. Very pleased with the way the project turned out. I also contracted with him to remodel the rest of my house.

Hired Calderon Homes after another contractor had to cancel due to health reasons and this was his recommendation. Project was a small 350 square foot addition. From design to construction everything went smoothly and any problems or changes were handled promptly (even though some of the problems were of my making) Lazaro and his team were always polite and professional. Everything was done within budget and on time. Lazaro was always available and always returned calls promptly, Contracted with him to remodel the rest of my house.
