They know their stuff - did the work in the amount of time estimated from the beginning and worked hard the whole time. Great finished product. I'm very happy with the work and would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

I am the local Facility Manager for Dell computers and we contracted Pinecraft to replicate custom cabinets that we have at our headquarters in Eden Prairie. The original cabinets were custom made and 2 years old and Pinecraft made additional cabinets for us that matched so perfectly to the existing that you couldnt tell what was old and what was new. The quality is second to none, and their service was even better if thats possible. Start to finish the entire project was a huge success and it was all due to the diligence and hard work Pinecraft put into it. I'd have to say they will be the first call for any of our cabinet or custom woodwork

Quality of work is good. But Customer services in regards to keeping appointments, deadlines, follow-ups, staying on tasks, broken promises, cleaning up after work, were very poor.

We needed an upper and lower cabinet to match our existing 50's style cabinets and they matched it PERFECT! Thank you so much!

We needed furnitire altered. John and Boze gave us an estimate on Monday. Tuesday they returned to pick up the furniture we wanted motified. They returned the finished project on Friday of the same week. Can't ask for better service than that.

John from Pinecraft provided the best customer service I've ever received from a contractor. I had a fridge delivered on a Saturday to my home, not realizing the space between cabinets near the floor was almost an inch less than the space between the upper cabinets. When the fridge didn't fit in the space I was in a panic because I was having more than 20 people over on Sunday for a party. John responded to my call and came to my house on Saturday and finished the cabinet/counter top cutting right before the party on Sunday! Lastly, his pricing was extremely reasonable. I'd call him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone!

The quality of the work was exceptional. We love the finished product and the final price ended up being very good. We felt frustrated during the process by the lack of detailed communication around changes. When the scope of the project changed, we were told, "that will cost more," but weren't told how much more. It took several requests to get a concrete price change. Schedules also seemed to change with little or no warning or communication. If you don't mind aggressively managing them and can handle uncertainty in the schedule, this company does very good work for the money.

John built new boxes for our kitchen cabinets. The work was done beautifully. There was one glitch with the measurements on one box, but that was taken care of. Everything looks great. Thanks John.
