We had to change some of our cabinets in the kitchen while putting house for sale. John was very prompt and responsible. They did a great job in remodeling our cabinets; everything was as we agreed upon. John and his brother helped us to save a lot of money and I am very pleased with their service.

I HAD A KITCHEN CABINET DOOR THAT HAD FALLEN OFF...ALSO, MANY OF MY CABINET DRAWER FACE FRONTS WERE LOOSE...JOHN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB...VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL....I ALSO HAVE WHITE CARPETING AND HE REMOVED HIS SHOES IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING MY HOME...THANK YOU, JOHN.........MRS. We were not happy with Pinecrafts, lack of business sense or their accounting. We were never provided estimates, any invoices and never provided with any statements with what was paid for and what wasn't. He would go a week without showing up then work for an hour or two and then leave. He told us that certain things would be included in the price then charge us for them. He was very deceptive in terms of costs. They used our tools without permission & did not completing our project in the 4- weeks that was promised after 4-months, work complete. We locked them out of our house & asked them to leave our property, WE DO NOT WANT THEM Back. Keep an eye on your belongings as well.

We have provided documentation and proof that this customers allegations are without merit. Due to customers COMPLETE INDECIVENESS from the beginning of the job, a HomeAdvisor Change Order form was accepted and signed by customer. It is unfortunate that this negative review is listed, however Home Advisors list the reviews prior to any contact with us which is beyond our control. We are looking forward to having this review expunged.

We hired Pinecraft to modify an existing built in TV cabinet. Looking at the finished project, you wouldn't know any modifications had been made because it blended so well with what was already there. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship.

John was the only person ti take an interest in my project. After he came out and planned to install my microwave, we got another shock. The new stove didn't fit in the space. He came out and cut the ceramic and wood counter perfectly. The stove is in and I'm looking forward to the new cabinet and the installation of the microwave. Thanks, John!
