OVERALL Pinecraft did an excellent job. I usually do not write testimonials but in this case I felt people should know how fantastic this company really is. John (owner) was very responsive. If fact he called me within an hour of my posting with Service Magic and he kept me in the loop during every step of the project. With the guidance of Pinecraft we did a complete kitchen remodel from honey oak to dark cherry (esspresso). I have received terrific comments from all that have viewed. The workmanship was outstanding and the price was very fair. John continued to make recommendations throughout the project and Im very happy that I listened as he has a real eye for design. I couldn't be happier with my selection of Pinecraft and will use them again for my next project.

I received several bids to reface our kitchen and family room fireplace surround. I chose Pinecraft not just for the reasonable bid, but because of John's experience, creativity and enthusiasm. He created wonderful new doors and drawers for our kitchen cabinets. He made a custom desk/stereo cabinet for one section of our kitchen that turned out beautifully. John also completely transformed our hideously dated fireplace, bookshelves, and bannister. Our house looks amazing - like new! I would highly recommend Pinecraft. John replied to our original service request within an hour of our submital. The job required rebuilding an existing cabinet to accomodate a large flat panel TV. We eventually had 3 bids on the project and all 3 were close enough to each other that price did not become an issue. We gave Panelcraft the job on Friday and they were here to pick up the cabinet on Monday. John called on Tuesday to say the rebuilding was complete and they had it delivered and reinstalled by Tuesday night. The workmanship was excellent and the stained areas were a perfect match to existing cabinets.

I just want to say I have never received such outstanding customer service! John called me within minutes to discuss my project, picked up drawers to be repaired, and had them delivered the same day!! Great work! Pleasure doing business with!
