I was guaranteed the job would be completed within 1-2 days once it was begun when I signed the contract on April 24th . It is almost 3 week later and it still has not been completed after a start date on May 1st.. He also did not inform me that my patio pavers would only be installed on Saturdays which I did not want. His men ran over a portion of my front yard leaving deep tire tracks on my lawn. They left me with the job of watering the repair area daily for the next month. His team did not clean up behind themselves and also damaged my backyard lawn by not putting down a tarp and sawing pavers directly on my lawn, causing a bald spot in my backyard. Also, they only installed 3/4 of the patio with pavers and did not have enough paver to complete the job after doing their initial measurement. A week later they attempted to finish, again on a Saturday morning, and installed a paver that did not match and that was significantly darker than the others, and his worker refused to change it when I indicated that I did not want that odd color paver that was not consistent with the others. This paver was changed today (Wed.), and for reasons I don't understand they acid washed some of the pavers causing the pavers to be inconsistent in color. They are absolutely the worse. I would not recommend them and the poor quality of the job. When I complained to Mr. Smith he asked me was I complaining as a means of getting out of paying him which I found insulting, demeaning, and lacking in consideration for the damage done at my home by his crew, and the inability to finish the job in a timely and professional fashion. I am totally dissatisfied with the patio pavers and the lack of respect for my home and my time.

They did a good job in a timely manner. Cleaned up and hauled away at completion of the job.

Mr. Smith had his team on top of placing my SOD in my yard and for providing me fantastic tips for my yard. Mr. Smith exceeded my expectations with the time frame. His team did a fantastic job taking their time. Mr. Smith was very accommodating, as I highly recommend BR design/build company.

BR Design Build proved to be high quality and able to adapt to our changing specifications. Couldn't be more satisfied with their work and the professionalism of all of the workers. Craig Smith is excellent at recommending appropriate products for the Annapolis Historic District.

Craig and his team were great. Craig was very knowledgeable and had really great ideas about what to do with my back yard. His team is very professional also. I would definitely recommend their services.

BR Design removed /replaced an old patio deck with a brick/stone patio. Totally awesome job. I had four other bids, Craig came in the lowest. Sometimes you worry about having the cheapest, but not in this case. Top quality work.
